Mr. Victor Omole is a great visionary leader and pioneer investor in the liquefied petroleum Gas industry. He revolutionized the production and distribution of oxygen to parts of Nigeria that was termed remote.

He is known for his ability to turn simple companies to great companies. He is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Archers Nigeria Limited, Tender Palms Schools and Avid Engineering Solutions

Mr. Victor Omole is a graduate of the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University and he is passionate about Nigerian Construction Industry. He chairs the Board of Migliore Construzione & Tecniche Limited

Mr. Lekan Omole, a Project Management Professional and pioneer of the Six Sigma management approach in the Nigerian Construction Industry.

He is a Construction Engineer who has been actively involved in the structural design and construction of building and structures for over fifteen years. With a background in the construction industry, he joined Segun Labiran & Associates, a consulting civil and structural Engineering Firm where he received intense training in the analysis and design of structures and the behavioral pattern of its supporting elements. While at Segun Labiran & Associates, he was introduced to the concept of value engineering in the execution of all construction projects.

He joined Formwork Limited in 2002 and was involved in all major projects undertaken by the company for over ten years. As Director of Operations at Formwork Limited, he worked with a team of residential and commercial building development professionals who identified with his easy but extremely reliable problem solving methods. He was instrumental in the rapid growth of the company to its prominent position as a leading indigenous building construction company.

Lekan Omole is the chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer at Migliore Construczione & Tecniche. He is charged with the responsibility of championing most of its Six Sigma initiatives.

He holds a bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, a certificate in Project Management from Project Management Institute (PMI) USA and a certificate from International Association for Six Sigma USA.

Albert is a South African born construction professional who has gained work experience in several African countries such as the Democratic Republic of Congo, Uganda, Zambia, Kenya and Nigeria.  Albert’s exposure to the wider African context has provided him with the unique management skills and understanding required to bringing about new work standards and ethics in a highly demanding and ever changing business landscape.

His qualifications include an Advanced Project Management qualification, NOSA (Occupational Health and Safety), as well as Security Management and various in-house quality management courses obtained while serving various corporate and private institutions during the last 30 years. He holds a Master’s Degree in the field of Project Management.

Albert has gained experience in various fields of the built environment which includes the management of mass housing projects, multi-storey office developments, and various other commercial, civil and sanitation projects.

Albert’s international exposure avails MC&T the opportunity to explore advanced technical internationally tested and proven construction management approach in the delivery of our products and services.

Mr. Philip Nkansah is a Ghanaian born Civil Engineering Professional who has been in the Construction and Civil Engineering industry both in Nigeria and Ghana for over a decade.

He started his illustrious career at Aim Consultants Nigeria Limited where he was trained in the design of environmental and water structures. His interest was in research of more effective ways of designing structures

He joined Mayssa International Limited in 2007 and was involved in a number of projects; of note is the construction of blocks of classrooms for Distance Learning Institute of University of Lagos. He also had a good stint with shelter Concepts Ltd and KLMN Ltd where he worked as Construction Manager and Project Manager respectively. He moved back to Ghana in 2010 as the CEO of Petrosys Tech Ghana Limited and partnered with OAK Design and Build Limited in the delivery of over one hundred Globacom Cell sites, design and renovation of Globacom shops and Globacom Call Centre on Spintex Road, Accra Ghana.

Mr. Philip Nkansah is now Director, Operations of Migliore Construczione & Tecniche Limited and he leads a team of well-trained Construction Engineers and Managers in our Accra Ghana Office.

Mr. Piccinini Gianluca is the CEO of Piccinini Machines one of the largest supplier of construction machines and equipments in Italy. He has been involved in the business of construction machines and equipments since childhood.

He has brought his expertise as regards construction equipments and machinery to the full advantage of Migliore Constuczione & Tecniche Limited. He has succeeded in securing unprecedented lease hold agreement between MC&T, Piccinini Machines and Major Italian Construction Machinery Company that avails MC&T the luxury of different kinds of construction machines and equipments.

Mr. Piccinini is a Construction guru and has a good understanding of the challenges of the Nigerian construction Industry.

Engineer Jide Dosunmu is the CEO of  Noble Sovrano an innovative global infrastructural development company with great expertise in River Assessment and Design, Flood Plain Assessment, Catchment Hydrological analysis, Industrial, Residential  and Commercial  Structural Design.

He brings his years of experience and expertise to the full advantage of Migliore Construczione & Tecniche and the benefit of our clients as a result of his partnership with us. He was part of the team that designed and implemented the canal and waterway for the Lekki Free Trade Zone.

Engr. Daniel is a Construction Engineer with over Fifteen (15) years Cognate experience in the Nigerian Construction industry. He is a vastly travelled Construction engineer who has worked in many parts of the country.

He has been involved in the construction of multiple buildings which includes but not limited to banks, commercial buildings residential buildings, roads and hotels. Off note is his involvement in the mass rolling out of bank branches for clients like Zenith bank and Gurantee Trust Bank early in his career. He is known for his ability to deliver projects ahead of schedule without compromising agreed and contractual quality standards.

He is a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers and he is duly registered with Council for Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN). He leads a team of professional construction engineers and managers at Migliore Construzione & Tecniche Limited.
